The launch of electronic signatures has been an enormous undertaking. Benefits are already being felt by many members, some of whom have enthusiastically reached out to let us know that they are enjoying a new level of efficiency and ease of access to services. As with every big project, there is a settling in period. On that note, I would like to thank all of our members for your patience during this period of increased wait times at the counter and Contact Centre, and for your efforts to share your feedback with us so that we can optimise your experience. If you have noticed longer wait times, I assure you that we will soon get back to the great experience you have come to know and expect from us. I am also confident that the long term benefits of e-signatures will be far reaching for our business community.
We recently launched our Refer & Earn program, as a way of recognising those in the community who play a major part in building a thriving district. So, if you are one of those supporters who refers contacts that you believe will benefit from being in DMCC, then, please check out the program here.
Finally, I am also delighted to inform you that, in an effort to reduce your administration, we have embedded the medical fitness application into our visa application process. Launched earlier this month, the uptake has been highly encouraging. We trust you will also enjoy the convenience.
